As the two performers change their physical relationship, corresponding changes are made in the interactivity of the music. Over the course of the piece, the performers move from interlocking patterns to loosely coordinated lines. These relationships are reflected in their positions on stage, including the distance between them, the direction they face, and their relationship to the audience.
